Bio

Stephen is an executive development coach over 30 years experience as a senior corporate executive, entrepreneur, and leadership facilitator.

Stephen is the founder of Nous TeamWorks, a coaching and consulting group specializing in development of high performing teams. He is also the Program Director of the Keep Scaling Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona.

A long-time meditator and mindfulness practitioner, Stephen’s particular passion is helping people to connect with their inner voice and values to facilitate transformational changes in their inner game.
