Lisa leads the Human Capital efforts for Flourish Ventures, helping portfolio organizations optimize performance by addressing their human capital needs and aligning their business and HR strategies.
Core to this is supporting portfolio wellbeing and ensuring founders are “flourishing”. In her role as a compassion architect, Lisa designs portfolio programming in this area, advocates for entrepreneur mental health, and is working to address the power dynamics in the venture system.
On the HR side, Lisa’s areas of focus include values aligned cultures, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
