Bio
Erik is a serial innovator and entrepreneur who’s helped create products with hundreds of millions of dollars of sales and businesses with hundreds of millions of dollars of exits in businesses ranging from technology platforms to pizza franchises.
He is the co-founder and co-CEO of Bloomfilter, a process mining tool that makes software development more observable, predictable and efficient.
Erik is also the author of a leading book on entrepreneurial mental resilience called “Scale Your Everest” based on his experiences as both an endurance athlete and an entrepreneur.
