Dear reader,

The entrepreneurial ecosystem has built extraordinary infrastructure around the venture. Capital markets. Accelerator programmes. Talent networks. Go-to-market playbooks.

It has optimised, systematised, and scaled almost every dimension of what it takes to build a company.

Almost every dimension.

There is one it has ignored, underfunded and largely refused to look at directly: The human being at the centre of it all. We call this the “human core of entrepreneurship.”

The founder whose inner world – whose wellbeing, psychology, resilience and mental health – will ultimately determine whether the venture succeeds. The most consequential variable has often been treated as the least important.

We believe this is one of the greatest blind spots in the infrastructure of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. And we are here to change that.

We are on a mission to professionalize founder support – the practice of supporting the psychological, emotional, and human dimensions of the entrepreneurial journey.

We bring together coaches, therapists, researchers, and advocates to define professional standards, establish a common body of knowledge, and raise the quality of care across the startup ecosystem.

What has long been fragmented, informal, and inconsistent, we are turning into a recognised professional field that provides a true competitive advantage for entrepreneurs.


Our Vision

We are building a world where effective founder support is not a last resort, but a competitive advantage – and the people delivering it are recognized as critical infrastructure to venture building.

When we succeed four things will be true:

  • 1. The startup ecosystem shifts. Founder support is treated with the same seriousness as capital, strategy, and talent.
  • 2. The field comes of age. Psychological founder support is no longer invisible, informal, or unstructured, but a recognised profession in full.
  • 3. No founder is left without support. Every entrepreneur, regardless of the size of their round or the stage of their company, has access to qualified support that honours the full human experience of building a venture.
  • 4. The conversation moves to the main stage. The founder psyche is no longer whispered about behind closed doors. It is on the agenda at investor summits, accelerator programmes, and policy tables.
